HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Laptop - 15-ef1040nr won't boot up and I have tried all of the normal routes such as powering off and removing all peripherals, hard resetting etc... 
Based on the information found searching the 5 slow blinks and 3 fast blinks indicate that there is an issue with bios timing or something of the the sort
I have a bootable usb but I am not sure of the key combination to get the laptop to access the usb to reset the bios. 

Any help is greatly appreciated as I use this laptop for work mainly.
