Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi all,

I brought a new battery to my laptop then th laptop start sometime not booting with caps lock blinking twice every several seconds which menas BIOS has corrupted. I tried so far the following:

Reboot (which sometimes works with just rebooting)

Remove Laptop battery and booting without it 

Pressing windows + B or V to recover the BIOS

Removing CMOS battery 

Switching Ram 

I tried to download BIOS driver from hp website but I couldn't find it 

How can I solve this?
