Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I haven't used my laptop in a while, but the last time I used it, it worked fine. Now when I turn it in, I get a 3F0 error. When I try to run a hardware diagnostic UEFI, they won't run. It says smart check: unavailable and it says the same for the extensive check.

When I restart and hit the F11, the system recovery screen doesn't come up. However, what does come up says the the boot device not found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard disk - (3F0), F2 System Diagnostics.

I've been trying to figure this out for a few days, so I think it's important to say that when I first started looking into this, I was able to get to the system recover screen, but I wasn't able to recover anything.

Now I can't even get to that. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
