I'm tried to reset a laptop to donate but I don't remember the password and when I try to reboot and just remove everything, it pops up that I don't have enough space so I can't continue.  Can anyone help please?  I'm not a computer pro at all so if you can tell in a very simple explanation, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
