Hello, you can execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.

Hi, do you have execute all hardware tests??
If yes, you can try to restart your computer when taping F11 key, for access to your Recovery partition and remake a Windows recovery.
If it is doesn't work, we need to reinstall Windows with an external media. What is your Windows version?? Do you have a recovery kit??
