Product: Example: hp elitebook 850p

I have hp 850p elitebook laptop. I've been trying to switch it on but it just shows the hp logo for a few seconds then it switches off. I have tried taking the battery off and reconnecting it.It didn't help.What could be the problem?

Hello

 

I don't remember an Eliteook 850p ?

 

in any case if you opened the notebook, remove the battery , remove the memory, remove the disk.

 

then reinstall at least the memory, connect the external power supply and see what happens.
