My laptop has been showing the blue screen of death for months, with several different stopcodes showing everytime. I took it in and they said it was working and they just needed to uninstall the latest update. They then told me if it happens again then i have to factory reset it. As soon as I got home it did it again, so I went to go reset the whole pc, but it won’t even stay on long enough for it to go through the process. My laptop would only be on for a minute and then show the blue screen again with several different stop codes. It’s to the point where I cannot even go to my settings without it showing the error and restarting. I don’t know what else to do, or if my laptop is just a goner.
