Microsoft Windows Server 2016

My hp laptop is fully charged but it wont turn on I made sure it want the battery by putting the battery in a laptop that is the exact same but my laptop itself isn’t working how do I fix it?

If the above didn't help, please click here for instructions on resolving the issue with the computer not starting.

 

I request you to check if the lights on the device are still turning on, is the fan turning on or making any sounds or is it completely dead?

If there are no lights blinking or turned on as such, I recommend you try with an alternate power cord/adapter and let me know how that goes.
