Test the battery : https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04700771#AbT0

I think it needs to be replaced with a new HP battery.

i check the battery, "Primary- Calibration Required (20), but after i do the calibration, it said "automated battery calibration is not supported on this system"

Manual calibration is better.

In any case, I would suggest you to contact official HP technical support since this is a brand new laptop.

But first try to contact the seller directly for attempting return/replacement of the notebook.

Hey Bro, I'm having the same issue. After some research about the issue, I just figured out how to solve it. It just fine now for the first time I press the power button without plugged in. I'll surely get you another review after a few days of usage.

How to solve it:

 1. Shutdown the pc & unplug from the power supply.

 2. Just remove the battery.

 3. Press the power button on the laptop for 30 Sec to 2 Min.

 4. Bring it back the battery, Then try to turn it on without plugged in.
