HP Recommended
With latest version (2.23.1.604), it's failed to create the USB Recovery key.
Below scenario happens.
1. Stuck on "Installing drivers" for whole day and app suddenly auto terminated.
2. Partition failed suddenly, but the USB was working previously.
3. Tried another USB key and program auto terminated during partition process.
4. Tried 2 different PCs and different internet network and still have above issues.
Installed previous version (2.13.2.362) and works totally fine.
Target model: HP ProBook 440 G9
OS: Win11 Pro
Image Type: OS with Drivers
Region: Americas and APJ
Download Server: Asia
I've captured the program failure log from Event Viewer.
