Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi HP community, I am trying to install Windows 10 Home 64 bit as a clean install through either USB or DVD but this laptop wont let me because of the TPM (trusted platform module) If I use a different hard drive its the same problem where the Windows logo appears and then the screen gets garbled completely I thought it was the ram or hard drive so I tested it with memtest86+ and did a hard drive scan for bad clusters but both are good, I am able to get windows 10 build number 1511 to work and from reading online TPM and greater than 1511 has problems, I need to know how to clear and disable the TPM for a clean install of the latest Windows 10 build which is either through Windows and or in the Bios. In the Bios I have the following:

TPM device - available/hidden

TPM state - enabled/disabled

Clear TPM - No/Yes

Restore security settings to factory defaults - TPM will be cleared and set to default shipping state

I have read I can clear the TPM in Windows and this is the preferred way than doing so in the Bios.

I was able to get Windows 10 installed by downloading a bios update from the HP support site for this laptop which installed through Windows to Bios F.52 then I went into the bios and disabled TPM then I cleared the TPM , saved the Bios on exit, reboot and another reboot with my Windows 10 USB drive in the laptop to install Windows 10, now its working.
