Hi,

I am facing an issue.
My laptop stops charging from USB C. I have 2 chargers 65W came with my 2 HPE two laptops. 
This device does not get charged when its on.

I hard shutdown the device connect to the charger and it get charged. when power on it shows charging when reconect it it shows no further charging status.

I don't know what is causing this? anybody can help?

Hello,

Have you tried a different USBC charger? if so and you are still having charging issues - you can do a hard reset - remove power and hold power button down for 30 secs. If this resolves, then call 1 800 HP Support - request an elevation to 2nd level support - I understand, there is new BIOS pending release that will resolve this.

Hi Sanchertx2, thanks for the information.

I did tey different chargers but didn't work.

Only when i do hard reset (as you mentioned) and connect the charger, it starts charging.  And continue to charge until i unplug. If i plug 🔌  the charger again it doesn't charge.

Do you know how i can get that BIOS update?

**bleep** and tell them the issue you are experiencing -

They will do some troubleshooting but tell them you started experiencing the issue after a BIOS update.
