Hi.
I need to use linux os
First i install ubuntu, the first problem was none of older then 20.04 not boot successfully
with 20.04 installation finishes but it is on random boot and when boot screen stucks.
after i test kali distro , live disk boot and when choose graphical install it stucks on choosing language page, mouse and keyboard and even touch isn't work and i neet to hard reset my laptop
what is the problem ?
what can i do to install one of linux distros ?

The problems encountered would indicate that the distro does not have the proper drivers for all of the hardware, since that model comes with Windows.
It might be helpful to look at all of the hardware in Device Manager, with Windows installed, and then look for a Linux that provides the needed drivers or plan on not using the hardware devices that do not have the proper drivers.
It might be helpful to find another user that has done a Linux install and found all of the drivers for the hardware. Google search or check the Linux forums.
