Sorry, but we have no information on the Linux compatibility of HP laptops.
HP does not provide detailed Linux support, so your best bet for support with issues with Linux is to contact the support forum of the distro you are using.
Since you are planning on using Ubuntu, go here: https://ubuntuforums.org/
Good Luck

Hi
I doubt W10 would run "flawlessly", however if a Linux Distro will run as a LIVE Distro then perhaps it will install.
Some guides....
https://ubuntu.com/tutorials/tutorial-install-ubuntu-desktop#1-overview
https://itsfoss.com/install-ubuntu/
https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-install-linux/

If in doubt please ask here .

While I commend @Lil_Boy_Blue for providing you with some good links, what you need to understand is that the relative success of running ANY Linux distro is based critically on the availability of working Linux drivers -- and since HP does NOT supply Linux drivers, you are basically on your own to find them.
That can be really hard because laptops use specialized hardware for which, in many cases, Linux drivers simply do not exist.
So, no one is going to guarantee that ANY Linux distro is even going to WORK, let alone run Flawlessly.
