Product: HP EliteBook 745 G5 Notebook PC

Solved: Linux installation on HP EliteBook 735 G5 impossible (?) - HP Support Community - 6791488

So many updates and this is still not fixed. Is there any other solution that I don't know of?
I can't even downgrade the BIOS Firmware to that version directly. It won't let me. It says BIOS version is locked but when I checked it wasn't locked.
