Purchased the most expensive HP Omen Laptop with 4090 Nvidia chip + 2 years support.
After just one day, laptop will not bootup and just get 3 flashing lights on power input. Tried suggestions from the web on result etc, all to no avail. Also no light when plugged in to charge.
Tried support 5 times and met with the following message:
"We are unable to take this call at this time, please call back later".
Surprise surprise HP will talk to you if you want to purchase a new desktop, so I tried via this route to get in contact with tech support and was bounced. Poor service on a new laptop and shocking for the brand with a new 4090 Video card. Makes matters worse I purchased a Spectre 360 and a HP Omen. Thought going with the most expensive would be good and had higher expectation on support esp as I also paid for that on both laptops. Needless to say the Omen can go back Monday....!
Updated 23/12/23, issue was a faulty power pack, replaced and now working.
