Please help, I can’t rem my password, I put the laptop away a few yrs ago n can’t rem the password...  error [edit]

Hi MissyK2016,

 

Which password do you want to remember or pass? Windows or Bios?

 

If it is a Windows password for microsoft account, you can try to mail password because it is same. 

If it is a windows password for local account. You can have a look hint that you putted. If you do not have a recovery usb, you will need to reinstall operating system so it means all files and apps will be deleted.
