Product: HP Stream - 14-cb171wm

Hello, I am trying to use my HP Stream - 14-cb171wm for Grad School and I am unable to get get into my laptop. My only option in an old PIN that I don't remember I have reset my password many times and it is saying i am locked out of my account and need to reset the password which I have done many many time and now caught in a loop.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs nor any other safety measures.

 

Therefore, this topic is being locked. If you would like help resetting the password on your product, please Contact HP support in your region. 


For cases related to BitLocker issues, please contact Microsoft Support.
