@Waboyy59, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding a locked-out PC!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. Unfortunately, if you are locked out of your HP PC running Windows 7 due to a forgotten password, gaining access to the system can be challenging without resetting or recovering the password. Here are a few potential solutions you can try:

Password Reset Disk: If you created a password reset disk prior to forgetting the password, you can use it to reset your password.

Safe Mode: Sometimes, booting into Safe Mode can allow access to the administrator account, which might help in resetting passwords.

  • Restart your computer and press F8 repeatedly during the boot process to enter the "Advanced Boot Options".
  • Select "Safe Mode" and press Enter.

Built-in Administrator Account: Windows 7 has a hidden built-in Administrator account that might not have a password set.

  • You can try accessing it by following similar steps to entering Safe Mode and selecting the "Administrator" user on the login screen.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
