Locked out of my computer don't know the password and I can't use the admin disc

@Johnnycakes1764  -- the Rules of Participation for this discussion forum do not allow help with bypassing passwords.

 

You could re-install Windows 8, or, for free, download and install Windows 10.

During the install of Windows 10, it will "call home" to Microsoft, and validate the current product-key (as stored on Microsoft's servers) and use the product-key to activate Windows 10.

 

Hint: install onto a brand-new disk-drive, not your current disk-drive.  Then, you will be able to connect the current disk-drive as a "secondary" disk-drive, and copy all your files from "old" to "new".
