Black screen showing hp pc hardware diagnostic UEFI Version 1.6.1.0 - BIOS

Memory test are not useful. Hard drive check saying hard drive not installed, boot device not found please install operating system hard disk 3F0. Sometimes when i turn the laptop on, ask to login bios administrator, i dont even know the password...

Sounds like the hard drive has failed and will need to be replaced. If you are still in warranty HP will replace it. If not a retail 2.5" laptop SATA hard drive can be used-Western Digital,Seagate,Toshiba, etc
