(Sorry for my english, google translator helped me so... ahahah)

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my HP computer that manifests itself either after I make updates or after restarting the machine.

When the restart starts I can't immediately log in to Windows for about 3/5 minutes after arriving on the screen.

to better understand what's happening to me:

1. restart the machine,

2. Welcome date and time screen,

3. pressing space or clicking with the mouse should open the screen asking for data to log in but these do not appear to me. In their place the background is blurred and remains so for several seconds/minutes.

4. the screen "refresh" and returns to the welcome screen (point 2)

and the restart from point 2 to point 4 repeats for the next five minutes.

(outside of these conditions: restart and update, the problem does not occur. To other acquaintances who also have my own pc it doesn't happen)

Do you know how I can fix it? If I need to change windows service or application load privileges?

Thanks in advance of the attention,

Nicola
