Product: Pavilion 15-cs0053cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My 3months old PC after a shutdown error has refused to bootup, when I initiate recovery I don't get option of restoring PC, when I tried installing windows 10 back it got stuck at "windows is loading files".
I did the hard disk test, it says
" Smart check (passed)
Lond DST test (warning)
Can such a hard disk be repaired or ever install and operating system?
