How do I solve that error?

You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

 

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

 

Your notebook has a M.2 slot that supports the even faster M.2 2280 NVMe SSD's

 

After you install a new drive, you should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to make a bootable USB recovery drive to install Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You can download the cloud recovery tool software from the Microsoft Store:

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.
