HP ENVY x360 - 13-ag0004la

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask, but I'm searching for a factory ISO for my Envy x360 13-ag0004. AMD 64-bit CPU, Product Number is 3PY72LA#AKH and Serial Number is [Personal Information Removed], if that's relevant.

If this is not the place, I'd thank if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

you can use HP Cloud Recovery, enter in the following link your Product ID.

Then you must download the following tool in Microsoft Store

Thanks for the answer! Unluckily though, the model doesn't seem to be supported by the Cloud Recovery Tool;

On top of that the only retail support options available on my area are either the Virtual Assistant chatbot or the forums, so it looks like I may be running out of options here.

Try downloading the tool from the Microsoft store, and try using the tool. If this does not work download the ISO from Microsoft and then use HP Support Assistant to update.

Tried it to similar results;

I was wondering if I could try with Product IDs of similar SKUs but that probably wouldn't work.

The Microsoft ISO+Support Assistant combo you suggest will have to do. Thanks for the help!
