When I enter the product number of your notebook that you posted in the cloud recovery tool website, it indicates the product is supported.
You have to enter the full product number which is 5FP24UA#ABL
Cloud Recovery (d34z73bbtpzgej.cloudfront.net)
It will report that the product is supported and give you a link to download the software.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility:

Thanks for all the help. I was able to reimagine my machine without any issues. Unfortunately that did not fix my problem.
The issue is, no sound from internal speakers or through the headphone jack, (works fine on bluetooth). There is a red X on the volume control on the taskbar. Error is: No output device found.
I have been at this for a couple days now. 99% of suggestions I have read, say it is a driver issue. The laptop is my sons and he mentioned that when he bought it, there were different brand of drivers installed other then intel. That is why I wanted the original image. I also took the laptop apart, cleaned it checked the speakers and the audio jack, made sure all the connections were tight, new thermal paste…. Reassembled and still no sound. At this point I figure it must be a hardware issue. Ran the component check, same thing, no output device installed. Now the problem is I cannot find the part. Can I order the sound card directly from HP?
The part number that is listed on the card is:
REV D
DA0X38ABAD0
M2L35
Once again thanks in advance

You're very welcome, Dwayne.
Sorry that the cloud recovery tool image did not fix the sound.
I agree that it is probably a bad audio chip.
Did you run the hardware diagnostics tests (F2) to see if it reported an audio hardware issue/failure code?
I looked at the service manual and I don't see that there is a replaceable audio card.
There is an audio jack board, but I believe the actual audio chip is an integral part of the motherboard.

Hi Paul, It has been a bit but still trying to resolve my audio issue. To the best of my knowledge, I believe that it has something to do with B&O audio having to use Realtek drivers. I had hoped that when I installed the original image it would install Realtor drivers and software. But it did not install realtek drivers it installed intel drivers. Thus the B&O audio control get the RPC error. I checked with my son as it is his laptop and is almost certain that it came with realtek drivers not intel. I have imaged a number of times but the same result. I am sure that the sound work and it is a hardware issue not software. I tried grabbing a random no driver specific audio enhancer. As soon as I installed the error in the taskbar sound icon went away and sure enough it was listed as the output device. Unfortunately it could not find the speakers. I believe the B&O speakers are proprietary to to the B&O software. So I am confident that if I could get the realtek drivers installed, B&O would launch without the RPC error.
Thought I would pass that on to see if you had any ideas. Thanks a lot

Hi, Dwayne:
I would have thought the same thing.
AFAIK, the B&O software is supposed to be installed by the Realtek audio driver, so why that isn't happening even on a factory recovery unfortunately, that I do not know.
I take it that you have already tried the Realtek audio driver from the support page.
HP Notebook 15-dy1018ca Software and Driver Details
I have a HP Envy x360 15-ee0047nr notebook that has an AMD Ryzen processor and uses the Realtek audio.
It came with the B&O software too.
I had to clean install W11 because it would not do an in-place upgrade to W11, and the notebook only has W10 drivers.
I installed the latest W10 Realtek audio driver from the support page and I got the B&O software.
After the driver was installed after a couple of minutes or less, the B&O software got installed.
It may have come as an automatic download from the Microsoft Store.
I don't know if it was just an update to what the Realtek audio driver had already installed or if it came directly from the MS store.
