hp Pavillion 14- b130sa
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I've got an HP Pavillion 14" Ultrabook. I upgraded it windows 10 but kept having crashes and other issues. I phoned microsoft and they said its because I don't have any windows 10 drivers. I have checked online but I can online find windows 8 and 8.1 drivers. Does anyone know if windows 10 drivers are available?

They also said if I can't get windows 10 drivers, I should reset my ultrabook to windows 8 or 8.1 factory settings. Does anyone know how I can do this.

At the moment my notebook is having trouble starting up the operating system.

Thanks

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP Pavilion 14-b130sa Ultrabook. I read that you're facing issues after upgrading to Win10. You have contacted Microsoft they suggested that due to the absence of the drivers the laptop is crashing. Not worry, I'll do my best to help you.

I did some research and found that the drivers for Win10 are not available for this laptop model. However, you may go back to the original Windows 8 operating system that came with the laptop.

Please note that reinstalling Win8 will delete all information from your laptop and reinstall Win8. The information from this HP article will help you in reinstalling Win8. Please follow the steps mentioned under "Performing system recovery on notebook PCs 2014 and newer (white background)" >> "Recovery when Windows 8 does not start correctly".

I hope this helps. Let me know. Cheers! 🙂

WHAT A JOKE.. DON'T YOU KNOW THAT 8, EIGHT, IT IS NOT 10, TEN.  DRIVERS FOR 8 DO NOT WORK IN WINDOWS 10 -  THIS MEANS THAT THEY DO NOT WORK IN WINDOWS 10
