Product: HP ENVY x360 13.3 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 13-bf0000 (552D7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi all, need some help please. I'm no expert but noticed my Envy x360 laptop touch screen was not working. Tracked it down to the fact the HID-compliant touch screen driver is missing from my device manager but cant find any way to reinstall. I've tried shutting down and letting Windows reinstall but that hasn't worked. Can I do it manually and if so can someone show me where the drivers are located in HP to download ? Appreciate any assistance please. Simon
