OMEN by HP - 17-an126tx

Hi everyone,I recently ran into an issue with my HP laptop that I purchased back in 2019. The laptop came with Microsoft Office pre-installed. But, I accidentally deleted the Office app from my system and then reinstalled it.

Now, I'm only able to use the Office applications in read-only mode because I no longer have the product ket to activate them. It's already been long time since I bought the laptop, I don't have access product key (as I remembered I didn't get those key or, some document was given but I lost it)

If anyone has any advice on how I might recover the product key or re-activate Office without having to buy a new license, I would greatly appreciate your help!

Thank you in advance.

ps. just in case I've already tried recovery and factory reset

MS Office did not come with your machine, HP does not own MS Office. Did you register the product ? Do you have Microsoft account ? Please contact them they should be able to help you to recover the product key.

Regards.
