Hi, my laptop is going through some problems here When I restarted my computer my laptop won't load it stuck on the HP logo I took off the battery and hold the power button for 30s then turn it back on doesn't work I tried holding windows key + B then power off and power on doesn't work then suddenly my Operating system is gone from my internal HDD and when I turnt it back off once I open it I send me to the hardware diagnostic UEFI screen on its on it won't boot up

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the Microsoft media creation tool to create bootable W10 installation media and see if you can reinstall W10 on the hard drive.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
