Product: HP Stream - 2NV70UA#ABA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am attempting to completely reset my HP Stream. I use F11 to Reset the PC and remove all files. When I choose "Remove Everything," I am faced with the "Additional Free Space Needed on the drive where Windows is installed." 

I cannot access the C Prompt without the Password, which is long lost, nor can I remove any files without the same password.

Is there any way to return my HP Stream back to factory condition without the password or removing files (which requires the password, as well, naturally)?

Thanks for any and all help.
