I believe I have an HP Chromebook (forgive me, I bought it years ago.) My account is set up through my school email and I recently changed my password for that email due to hacking reasons, I go to log on today and it tells me I need to enter my new password, I do, then it asks me to enter my old password. I entered the password I KNOW it was, and it tells me it was wrong, so I tried every possible password I have ever had, with no luck. So it let me bypass but it deleted some of my apps off my computer and all of my downloaded/saved files. How can I get these back?? I have pictures and important documents that I desperately need.
TIA!
