Good afternoon,
I bought a laptop in 2011 with Windows 7 Home Prem OA CIS and GE installed. Due to certain circumstances, I had to reinstall Windows. I was hoping to take a clean image of the Home version and enter my key that I had left over from the original image. However, after entering the key, it gave an error that the key was entered incorrectly. I tried this with several clean images, but the same error was everywhere, I wrote to the Microsoft support service, they said that (You need an image from the manufacturer of your laptop, only the key you have will work with it.) I need it but with the Russian version.

Hello @Fatali , how are you ?
In this case, the system you want to use is obsolete by both Microsoft and HP, both of which no longer provide support for its use.
As a recommendation, try to install the most current system of your choice.
Sorry we can't help
Regards
