My laptop is damaged with viruses i need to reinstall but i lost my recovery disk is there any way to get it back or i have to purchase software again.

By recovery disk I assume you mean the partition on the hard drive and not physical Recovery Disks you made using the software provided on your laptop?

Microsoft provides a free download to make a bootable usb flash drive or dvd. I recommend using flash drive:

I lost both recovery partition data and physical recovery disk while shifting my home.my recovery partition files were deleted by a shopkeeper due to my carelessness.

All I know to do is use the link I posted above and make a bootable flash drive to install Windows.
