Hi, @shaghill

Your PC is also supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will install W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook automatically.

Here is a link for how to use that utility.

Hi

The cloud recovery is for a particular make and model, and should have the drivers contained there-in.

However if the PC has had a HDD change that is not an exact match, the recovery may not go through.

Hopefully ethernet is an option, as it is in my view the lowest common denominator for network access.

The wireless button driver and WLAN drivers should be next.  Then Anti-Virus/Malware detector.

Worst case scenario is having to transfer driver files via USB or even worse attempt from a smartphone.

So what progress has been made and what is your current stumbling block?

Hi, @shaghill

If the cloud recovery tool isn't working, you will have to clean install W10 using the media creation tool to create the installation media as Lil_Boy_Blue described yesterday.
