Low FPS (4-7fps) while playing League of legends

I have a new laptop with:

intel core  i5 (8 th )

nvidia geforce (2gb) 

RAM 8gb 

I have a problems with League of legends when i install the game and start playing i have i big lag (4-7fps) in all settings lower and higher. I tried to reinstall the game 3 times and its not working and I install all nvidia drivers but again i have the same lag and i don’t know why because i have higher statistics than the game even need to be normal to play. Whant can i do to fix that or I can’t?

Are you having issues only with one particular game?

Please try the following steps meantime

• Go to Start Menu > click on Settings. 

• Type performance > choose Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows.  

• In the new window, go to the Visual Effects and select Adjust for best performance. 

• click Apply and OK
