I buy ssd m.2 nvme kingston. When I install ssd card to laptop my laptop cannot be turn on, even to enter bios also cannot. But when I uninstall ssd card my laptop can be well function. Why? And what should I do?

Hi:

 

The M.2 slot your notebook has only supports SATA M.2 SSD's, not NVMe.

 

That is why the NVMe drive you installed doesn't work.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types.   M.2 SATA only.
