I am not able to load my OS. I am not able to turn on my laptop. I believe this could be a RAM issue. Want some suggestions and help.
From the images, you can get some idea of the problem. When I power on the Laptop, it asks to enter bitlocker encryption key. If I enter it correctly, it proceeds to boot with first instance of the hp logo. But it gets stuck there every single time. It just stays as it is at the hp logo and does not load OS. If I click on "press ESC for more recovery options", it throws the windows error "MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION" and does not load recovery options menu.
Then I tried to run live kali OS from usb stick. First it threw secure boot enabled error. So I went to bios menu to disable it. First attempt at bios-Bios menu froze. No response to arrow keys. Had to force power off. Second attempt at bios- bios menu was responsive to arrow keys. I disabled the secure boot. Clicked on save and exit option. And it again froze. It did not disable the secure boot mode and just froze. So I again force powered off. i tried this 4-5 times and it froze every time, either like the first attempt or like the second attempt. But at last, It worked, and secure boot got disabled. Then it asked me to confirm it by entering the key on screen and hitting enter.
Then I booted from live usb stick. First attempt- it opened the kali boot loader, I selected the x64 option. And the screen froze. I force powered off the device. Again booted from usb stick, this time i saw the Linux loading cursor("_") on top left, it froze their again. I tried multiple times to live boot from usb, but it froze again and again.
This is the whole thing I am stuck at.
