Automatically upon loading Windows, the laptop goes into this white screen. 

 

1. On external adapter, the nVME contents are visible but the User Folder is BLANK in Windows 10.

2. User folder fully accessible in MacOS / Linux.

3. Malwarebytes scan does not flag anything on the disk. 

 

Clean installing Windows 11 Pro... 

 

PS: HP has been contacted about the blanked out serial number(which is a match to machine's), there are no device issues with the laptop in the system. 

 

Noticeable - upon some restarts - Bitlocker comes up just before this white screen. The laptop did and does not have Bitlocker encryption enabled. 

 

UPDATE: after performing a clean install of Windows, the same message came back as soon as the drivers downloaded via Winodws Update!

 

Anyone know/seen this Malware?
