Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Your PC model does not ship with Windows 10 license (OEM license) from HP. Here are the specs >> https://support.hp.com/vn-en/document/c05573915

 

Your Windows has been installed afterwards (post-purchase) and is either not licensed properly or if you paid for it, it may have been a fake one. This is not HP (hardware) related issue and your problem is not supported by HP and not covered by the warranty.
