Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs3153cl

My laptop works fine when I'm not charging it, but once I plug in the charger its performance drops. It's getting tiring at this point, this has been happening ever since I purchased it.

 

I think it might have to do with BIOS being out of date but i dont know which updates i need to intall.
