hp notebook 15 ........both the shift key is not working after trouble shoot it works for few sec and then again stops ........it have updated the drive from device manager there also it starts working for sec and then again stops...plss help

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please run a Keyboard Test from F2 Diagnostic to confirm the Hardware Functionality

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
