Hi @C781

Welcome to the HP Support Community! ! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Got it—let’s slow down and really understand what’s happening before diving into fixes. Printing issues on Snapdragon‑based laptops can stem from several different areas, so I’d like to narrow things down with a few clarifying points:

  • Which printer model are you trying to use, and how is it connected (USB, Wi‑Fi, Ethernet)?
  • When you attempt to print, do you see the job enter the print queue on your laptop, or does nothing appear at all?
  • Is the printer itself working fine when printing from other devices, or is the issue only with this Snapdragon laptop?
  • Have you installed the printer through the HP App or using drivers from HP’s support site, or is Windows handling it automatically?
  • Do you get any error messages or codes on the laptop or printer when you try to print?

Once I know these details, I’ll be able to isolate whether the problem is driver compatibility, connection, or account setup. Could you share a bit more about what you’re seeing when you try to print?

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
