This laptop has been nothing but a nuisance. My video conferencing calls were always cutting off and now my laptop won’t turn on. I don’t think it’s right to charge  $50 to discuss the issue. I’m so frustrated. Does anyone have the same issues and how did you resolve it?

Thank you Crazy Toad for this input.  Unfortunately, HP was unable to help me, I've spent countless hours on the phone with them, I even had major software issues before my computer died that they were unable to help with.   I took my laptop to a Micro Center and it seems that the motherboard needs replacement, it does not have any visible damage (liquid, etc).   My laptop was brand new, bought July 2019.  It was only a couple of weeks out of warranty and even when it was in warranty HP did not help out.  I will not replace the motherboard since it will be 950+ and the laptop cost me 700 approx.

I want to send a complaint via email to HP, does anyone have an email for complaints? I believe this laptop was defective when I bought it.

Honestly, after experiencing the aftercare of HP, I don't think I'll buy their products again.  I am writing this from my Macbook which is more than 10 years old and performed better than my 1 year old HP.
