Hello,
My Omen laptop is around 4 months old. It came without an operating system, and I bought and installed Windows 11 Pro. After 3 months of having no issues with it, I received the Windows updates from the Nov 8th patching Tuesday, which included a Bios update, some drivers updates and some Windows updates. From that moment, the laptop is freezing, it is not able to connect to many application servers, and many more issues. I have tried repairing Windows, it did not resolve the issue. Then I have reset Windows without preserving any data and with the option to clear the system drive. No improvement. Finally, I have formatted the drive and reinstalled Windows from scratch - same issues. I also tried to update Bios again from the HP drivers repository, this didn't help either. I have sent it in service, because I have warranty and Care pack, and they've sent it back saying that the laptop came without an OS so software issues are not covered by them. I am using this laptop for work so I am desperate at this point. I am also not able to find any contact information for HP, only for authorized service partners. I am not able to speak with anyone from HP, as I can't find any channel to do that, besides talking to a robot via the virtual assistant. I really need some help with this and I really need to talk with someone from HP.
Thanks!

Hello,
I have already reimaged the laptop 6 times, ran all the updates from HP support assistant, ran all the updates from the official HP website, had a 3 hours remote session with HP support, but the issue stands. I don't know what else to do.
Thanks,
Emil
