Hi Support Team,
I have HP notebook which i purchased almost 2 to 3 years back, my concern is i want to change my HDD to SSD HDD because my laptop is going very slow, but i cant able to create Recovery Pen Drive by recovery option, Someone told me that recovery DVD creation but this laptop is without DVD drive so i just want to know how can i install window 10 to New SSD drive and how can i activate it to original. and how can i find out to my Microsoft account which is used in laptop

Hi:
You should be able to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

The Windows product key is in the BIOS. You don't need it to reinstall W10.
As far as your Microsoft account, no one here can help you with that.
