Hp laptops 2 brand new
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Everything I have has been hacked.  I bought two new hp laptops both after already infected.  My best guess is windows is being replaced and the recovery batch file now directs the system to a new image file.  I have reset to factory settings multiple  times.  The hacker continues to regain access to the system.  I can't get a clean copy of windows to install.... help!!!

@Bodazapha

If I understand what you claim, you bought two new HP laptops and discovered that both of them were already infected with malware when you turned them on.

We have no way of assisting you in this.

Your best bet at this point is to return the laptops and demand refunds for both and do not buy from that location again.
