Does anyone know where I can access/get the manual for HP laptop Model 17-by4022wm? A Scammer using Amazon is selling through a fake storefront, didn’t send it, and  the manual isn’t available through HP. I’m returning this and I’ve reported the Seller to Amazon and the BBB. HP wants me spend money for a subscription to contact them. Thank you.

You have to use manuals of the whole series including Model 17-by4022wm:

Thank you for replying. I looked through the manual but the laptop I’m returning to Amazon doesn’t have an optical drive. I’ve drained the battery in hopes of being able to restore factory settings as it has my personal information on it, but it didn’t work. A nice person on here sent me a link to do this through iCloud but when I powered it up after draining it just shows the attached screenshot and I can’t get past it without submitting my password, which I am changing as soon as I can do the reset. But I don’t want to enter it there as these professional Scammers are good at what they do. I’ve reported the Scammer to Amazon and also the BBB. The BBB responded with a Ticket Number and has contacted the seller to investigateimage.jpg5F8CD05F-9D6B-46CC-A4E9-73BFB5792C60.jpeg. I discovered the Scammer is actually in China but using a fake USA address location. I can’t wait for this nightmare to end!
