Hello Kentaitec,

 

in this case, you should open the notebook. Please remove the RAM memory, clean the copper pins of the RAM memory with isopropanol (or nail polish remover) and insert it again carefully and correctly. Then please repeat the memory tests. If you have 2x RAM memory, test them individually. If there is an error with one RAM memory, you have to buy a new one. Please pay attention to the exact technical data of the RAM memory.
