Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I did a clean install of Windows 11 on my PC, but got the error id : 0x8007025D windows missing files, unable to install.

 

I did a Memory Diagnostic from the BIOS and it said 'Memory Diagnostic Failed' and 'Failure ID : uc566k-b0dc77-qf8v5f-40qp03

 

I tried to contact HP support, but it has to worst support system ever and I can't find any solutions online. What should I do?
